We ship out from our warehouse in Olympia WA within 24-48 hours from the moment you place your order!

We know no one likes to pay for shipping! So we offer it FREE on all orders over $125 Otherwise it's just an easy flat rate of only $7.95

We also offer pickup (just choose this option at checkout) at our storefront in Olympia WA! Just place your order and when it's ready for pickup (within 1 business day), you'll get an email letting you know!

Returns


If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 3 days of receipt) by emailing us at asktherussmans@gmail.com

To return please ensure the return was purchased less than 30 days ago and is unworn, smoke or scent free. All items $19.99 or less are considered final sale. 

If you have sizing concerns or if your item is damaged please contact me at asktherussmans@gmail.com. 

If it has been longer than 30 days we will not be able to take your item back and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

You will receive an auto reply with policy and directions. 

Please include a copy of your email sent or your PACKING SLIP with your return. 

You are responsible for the return shipping and once we have received your item and have inspected it you will receive a refund or credit to your account per your request.

Sale items 19.99 of less are not eligible for a refund and are final sale. 

We also do not accept returns on seasonal graphic tees (these are final sale due to time restraints).

IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY A REFUND YOU WILL GET AN ACCOUNT CREDIT. 

Refunds take 3-5 business days to post once processed. 

Please keep in mind I only process returns once a week so please be patient. 

We highly recommend you put tracking on your return and if it shows delivered trust that it is here but give us the 7 days to process it. 

We will not respond to inquiries asking "have you received my return" unless it has been more than 8 days since your item showed delivered. 

Please include the order number, email you used to send return notification and your full name with your return items. This will make it easier and ensure we process your return correctly.
