How to Use:
- Run a warm bath: Fill your tub with comfortably warm water. Aim for a temperature that’s warm enough to soothe muscles but not too hot to cause discomfort.
- Add Extreme Bath Soak: Pour a generous amount of the Extreme Bath Soak into the running water, allowing it to dissolve. For foot soaks, use less in a basin of warm water.
- Soak and relax: Settle into the bath and let your body absorb the soothing ingredients for about 20 minutes. Take slow, deep breaths to enjoy the invigorating aromas of peppermint, wintergreen, frankincense, lemongrass, and copaiba balsam.
- Rinse and hydrate: After your bath, rinse off with cooler water and pat your skin dry. Rehydrate by drinking water to support the detoxifying effects of the soak. Finish with a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.

Returns:
- To return please ensure the return was purchased less than 30 days ago and is unworn, smoke or scent free.
- Sale/clearance items $19.99 and under are final sale.
- If you have sizing concerns or if your item is damaged please contact me at asktherussmans@gmail.com.
- If it has been longer than 30 days we will not be able to take your item back and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

- We also do not accept returns on seasonal graphic tees (these are final sale due to time restraints).
- IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY A REFUND YOU WILL GET AN ACCOUNT CREDIT.
- Refunds take 3-5 business days to post once processed.
- Please keep in mind I only process returns once a week so please be patient.
- We highly recommend you put tracking on your return and if it shows delivered trust that it is here but give us the 7 days to process it.
- We will not respond to inquiries asking "have you received my return" unless it has been more than 8 days since your item showed delivered.
