Why do we need Magnesium???
Unfortunately, most of us don't get enough Magnesium from today's food sources and Magnesium is attributed to over 300 functions performed in the body. Magnesium is a game-changer for those seeking relief from muscle tension, better quality sleep, stress reduction, a better mood, or even enhanced athletic performance.
The Science Behind a Spray
The secret lies in the bioavailability of a spray. Unlike traditional supplements that need to be digested and processed by the stomach, magnesium spray is absorbed directly through the skin, bypassing the digestive system and allowing for quick and efficient absorption. This means that your body can readily absorb the magnesium, delivering its benefits directly to your cells where it's needed most.
Restore Your Balance
By replenishing your magnesium levels, this spray allows your body to function at its best, resulting in increased energy levels, reduced muscle soreness, and a greater sense of calm and well-being. Incorporate magnesium spray into your daily routine and discover a more balanced, vibrant life!
How To Use:
Spray on the bottom of the feet, neck, head, armpits, or belly. A recommended dosage is 3-5 sprays, 2 to 3 times daily. There is approximately 23 mg of Magnesium in each spray. Rubbing in is optional.
