• $7.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $125
• We have several warehouses so ship times can vary. We do our best to ship everything within 3-5 business days and your order could come in more than one shipment. Returns: 

• To return please ensure the return was purchased less than 30 days ago and is unworn, smoke or scent free. 
• Sale/clearance items $19.99 and under are final sale.
• If you have sizing concerns or if your item is damaged please contact me at asktherussmans@gmail.com. 
• If it has been longer than 30 days we will not be able to take your item back and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. 

If you are within the return window please follow the directions below:

• Send an email to russmanreturns@gmail.com
• You will receive an auto reply with policy and directions. 
• Please include a copy of your email sent or your PACKING SLIP with your return. 
• You are responsible for the return shipping and once we have received your item and have inspected it you will receive a refund or credit to your account per your request.
• Reminder sale items $19.99 or less are final sale.
• We also do not accept returns on seasonal graphic tees (these are final sale due to time restraints).
• IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY A REFUND YOU WILL GET AN ACCOUNT CREDIT. 
• Refunds take 3-5 business days to post once processed. 
• Please keep in mind I only process returns once a week so please be patient. 
• We highly recommend you put tracking on your return and if it shows delivered trust that it is here but give us the 7 days to process it. 
• We will not respond to inquiries asking "have you received my return" unless it has been more than 8 days since your item showed delivered. 

Please include the order number, email you used to send return notification and your full name with your return items. This will make it easier and ensure we process your return correctly.
